Exceptional friendly efficient service
I found Clare Hyatt to be friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was readily available, managed things quickly and efficiently - what was particularly nice was that she never tired of me. It was our first experience with TC and our first cruise with plans at both ends, so I had many questions and return calls. She went above and beyond and everything she said that she'd organised went smoothly and to time. I would highly recommend TC and Clare Hyatt, if I was to book another trip I would gladly use them.
