Don't fall for them like I did as I found them on an advert on google and not an actual listing where you can read the reviews! One of the worst service I've received. Woman on the phone has no clue what she's doing. Driver has called me an 1 hour before to confirm a time. And when his on his way missed a call he decided not to turn up.. no text.. no email... and customer service does not want to help. This is a very bad service. If u want to waste most of your time dealing with people who don't want to come to a solution or admit they are wrong. These are those type of people. I gave them the chance on the phone to resolve the matter instead of a bad review. And the woman chose the bad review. Absolute joke this company is.
