Really bad experience
I didn't want to get to this to get the attention of person of Canada.CIS. In the beginning i was contacted by mrs Zoey and offered for a package, than I was transferred to mrs Jennifer where the demand and stress started to commit to the payment arrangement plan, which I did without missing a date. After that mrs Elena took the case over and its was all about the money, couldn't get a lot of info about my case because i didn't pay in full. Finally in February 2022 after 6 months of paying, going to Colombia to do the IELTS and medical exam i was contacted by a mr Conor. And since then everything is going bad, impossible to reach, no contact by email, telling that I would be contacted and never did nor send an apology letter. I have been trying to contact all of the above mentioned members without any luck. It’s frustrating to call them because they’re not reachable only they can call you, if you call you would be set on hold and the phone closes. I hope that someone of the organization will read this and contact me about my case. I was assured for a proffesional way in handling my case but in the last part its regrettable, no professionalism. Being in distance from the CANADA.CIS and not being able to get in contact with them, and get an update on your case is really frustrating. All the nice words on the website and the brochure are just words for me right now, because no one has come forward ta talk to me about this matter. Hope that after this review I would be contacted and that I can write a better review and experience.
