poor after sales and service

Unfortunately, we seem to be the only company who rarely gets a phone call back when leaving messages. Most of our parts deliveries have either been forgotten about or are sent incorrect and for a company who prides themselves on support we feel we have been completely let down in every way. We seem to be in a black spot for getting any Forst approved company to come to our yard to service our machine as it took us nearly 4 months to finally get it arranged, when they finally did do, they were very knowledgeable and provided a great service, thanks Hodgsons tool hire. But overall, I rate Forst aftersales and back up as poor.
