Absolutely disgusted with their basic…
Absolutely disgusted with their basic lack of morals! As a cash buyer who wanted to view a property I was informed there was no availability to show myself and my partner around a vacant property and would need to wait one week! Guess what… despite being told I could not view the property any sooner, the property was viewed by someone else and an offer on the property accepted! Interestingly the so called manager of this shambolic estate agents was ‘unavailable’ to talk to me or call me back. Vendor beware is all I can say as they certainly do not act on the best interests of the vendor and I’m so glad I have a scrupulous estate agent.
