I placed an order 19 March and was told it was being processed, the following day I was told there was no shipping to my destination and asked me to confirm if the order should be cancelled. 2 days later I got a further email to say my order is still processing, 26 March I got an email to say that my order may not have dispatched but this could be a system error. I replied to advise that playpaw had advised me that they could ship the item to me and that my refund is still outstanding. Looking forward to receiving my refund and hope they can get themselves organised as at present there seems to be no clear structure being used to process orders.
