An A1 service. After struggling to obtain the required tiles for one of our sites, Carrie S went out of her way to obtain everything we requested. Even after there was a mistake with the order, (my fault), Carrie rectified the issue within minutes. Correspondence, professionalism and politeness was vastly above all previous dealings with other companies. Thus, 'Roof stores' will be my first point of call from this day onwards. Thank you Carrie, wish there were more like you!!
