Excellent service from Customer Services

I have just dealt with the customer service department by telephone. Many thanks to the excellent service provided by Stephen (Steven?) Kidson. So polite and professional, a shame other utility companies cannot match. Good old fashioned service, well done! Ron Ashton

Just a quick thank you to all the team at Howards Property Management at Gorleston on Sea branch for all the help during these difficult times. Particular mention to Sarah Baldry for all her assistance in sorting out problems with the houses and finding tradesmen, getting quotes etc. All done with efficiency and a big smile, nothing too much trouble.
