Things that need to be fixed or replaced.

I strongly believe that as the company representing the owners of the condos, you should have a responsibility to inspect said condos to be sure they are safe and deemed furnished adequately for occupancy. The furnace in ours (#676) is blowing large amounts of dirt through the system in such large quantities that the ceiling, near the vents, is virtually coated with dirt and dust. A furnace repairman looked at it and said it cannot be repaired or corrected. It must be replaced. Secondly, the cooking utensils are of the cheapest ones available. The only way an egg could be cooked would be to poach it in butter. Thirdly, the sofa is unusable. It is so broken down, it is very difficult to get up and off of it because you would sink down so far in it. Please do not rent this unit out until you have corrected the above inadequate items.
