No goods received, no customer service, no answers.

The delivery date for my order came and went, with no communication. I've spoken to them around 5 times, and each time they couldn't tell me when my order would arrive. It's not a situation i think i've ever been i before. It was paid for...but they just kept the money without any goods being delivered. Eventually they asked if i could pick it up. No, otherwise i would have got it same day a local timber yard. Then asked if it'd accept a more expensive product - and pay for the difference. I'd rather pay double - from someone else - and actually have some wood so i can start a project i needed to start 2 weeks ago. The order was put it on 8th June - asked for a delivery date of 14th - plenty of time to get their act together. Now still have a garage roof that needs fixing while i was off work and the opportunity for me to do it has been and gone.
