They are a Total scam and moneygrabbers. Booked a junior suite in February for HM Balanguera Beach in playa de Mallorca. When I was looking op restaurants in the neighbourhood, noticed they booked us in HM Balanguera in Palma De Mallorca in thé city. When contacting them. They just said; "oh yeah, we can transfer your booking to the beach hotel. For a Standard room. If you want to upgrade you have to pay ar least €700 extra. Alsof we won't refund you, you have to come to us or not, but you will pay. Don't use them they Will scam you with their greed .
