Ignored nearly all complaints and PATHETIC
Ignored nearly all complaints. Decided to deal with racism which it had no capacity and fobbed off complaints. Final decision letter full of mistakes used to make their pathetic judgement. Clearly not impartial made up all cover excuses themselves some not even part of complaints. They control customers by asking for the complaints details then go dead quiet on them when proof is sent the staff block complaints.. Need to be shut down by government and sent to job centre. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. Seem to be an agency setup to exhaust and drag out complaints process. Totally not fit for purpose and a waste of time keeping idiots in jobs.
