Premier Kellaway Ave Bristol
Went to collect my hermes delivery at my local premier parcel shop. I had my dog with me and was told very clearly that she couldn’t come in the shop. That’s fine, no problem. I asked the guy working there if he could find my parcel. He had a little look and told me it wasn’t there. I thought he might look elsewhere in which time he took the drip tray off the slushy machine and chucked it out the door just next to me. As I was still waiting thinking he might look he said it wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow? I took the dog home and then went back. A different chap was working who was much more helpful. He got my parcel from the back. I said that the other guy didn’t even bother to look and was rude. He said that they make little money from parcels and it’s a pain. My reply was why do it then?? Terrible customer service. The first guy even tried to make out I was having a go when the second guy was out back!! Unbelievable
