Scam I paid £18 to get driving test cancellations, when I tried logging in it says my account expired and tells me I need to pay again. I received no response via phone and have sent multiple emails and received no response even after 5 working days. Do not buy as this is a complete waste of money (UPDATE) I am unable to change my driving test reference because it doesn't let me add it. I've emailed multiple times but no response and your phone number is not functioning. I need to rebook my test now and this is terrible customer service.
