Such an easy and pleasant experience!
After an awful experience with another mobile recycling company (see my other reviews) - I returned back to Mazuma. They gave me a fair offer and I sent the phone off last week. Cheque arrived this week, no quibbles, received what I asked for. Pleasure to deal with. I'll only deal with Mazuma from now on - far less stress. Well done Mazuma!
