Online check in wouldn't work for us
Online check in wouldn't work for us, I took screen shots to prove we had tried multiple times. We queued for 50mins to check in and were informed we would have to pay, while we were not happy we agreed to pay as we were told it would be €25. We told her to go ahead, suddenly the price changed to €100, i asked for an explanation as to the price increase and instead of explaining it to us she proceeded to shout and be extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her to stop shouting so we could resolve the issue and she responded with "Listen lady, get out of my queue" and ripped up our boarding passes. In all my years of travel I have never been met with such terrible customer service and downright rudeness. We left the queue and went to the Sunexpress desk where we thankfully met a very helpful staff member who tried to help us check in online. When we went through the process with him, he accepted the problem was with the App and not us. We were not charged in the end but it made for a very stressful trip that we could have done without with three kids in tow. I will never fly with sunexpress again, they really need to teach customer service to the check in staff.
