Swift Refund and Excellent Business - Will Use in Future
My experience with Accessories Warehouse began in November when using Google Shopping to search for a PS5; having never heard of the company before I checked out the company's details (registered company details etc.) and all seemed to be above board so I went ahead and pre-ordered my PS5 for an expected Christmas delivery. Unfortunately, it seems that the well publicised stock shortages for PS5 globally also affected the pre-orders for Accessories Warehouse -- which was quite obviously beyond their control. In the end, I somehow luckily got one from Game in March and so requested a refund which was processed the same day. It seems like a small and new business which, judging by how reviews are improving all the time, is going from strength to strength! An honourable mention for Luke Trewin who is really polite with good customer service in messages, providing the relevant information as he is able. Thank you guys -- I will support you in the future when I make my next PS purchases!
