We missed our flight!
We missed our flight (me, my wife and 3 kids) because we didnt checked in? Confirmation by mail and even payed for seats notify by banking-app (rly crazy but oke) they told us to pay more for the boarding tickets! My wife refused to pay again and suddenly the superviser told us that the gate was closed. Never flighing with the company again. They dont care about you or your family, only your wallet.
