Stress free experience when I lost my purse
I lost my purse this weekend. It had my personal FD debit and credit and 2 non FD business credit cards. I had to call them all and what a difference between the FD experience and the other two calls. FD answered with no endless selections. The person who answered the phone was able to freeze the cards. I know the app was an option but am just changing phones and it wasn't accessible. When I got the new phone up and running the next day, I got mostly set up myself but was able to easily get help with loading the new card into the new wallet. The other cards? Couldn't even talk to one of customer service depts to cancel until Monday morning after 9am.......multiple frustrating calls on Saturday and Sunday to establish this.
