THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG AND DAMAGE IS NOT THEIR FAULT!
Avoid this place! I am not the first to say that if you look at the reviews showing consistent damage occurring. THEIR STANCE IS THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG!! I took my car to get the platinum service and was shocked when I was driving down the road only to find out that my radio knob is broken off. I immediately turned back around to report it to the company. Once I arrived I then see a long rubber piece laying in the back seat. Apparently this had fallen from the sunroof area during the cleaning. The manager or “boss” as he said came to me and told me that the rubber piece was already there and that there was no way that they had broken the radio knob. “Must have been done before you come here because we couldn’t have done it” After a long back and forth he just told me that this is a 5 pound piece and that he didn’t have any responsibility for it. I know for a fact that I used the radio knob without any issues before taking my car there and that there was no rubber piece pulled off my sunroof and laying my back seat. The solution? NOTHING! They gave me a number to someone named Sami who said I would have to go back there and speak ti the same person and take the time to watch that guy show me their cleaning procedures. I don’t appreciate them trying to make me feel as though I am driving around looking to get something out of a company. As if me spending all that time for a knob was my agenda for the day. This is RIDICULOUS! I will find all avenues to report this issue that so many have faced but as the customer you lose! They would rather lose a loyal customer who pays 100s of pounds a year to prove that they can do no wrong. Sad business strategy.
