One of the best customer services I've ever encountered
They have a big variety of clothes, perfekt for kpop fans who want to recreate outfits of their favorite artists! The customer service ist incredible... I had problems with my bank during the Easter Sale and I reached out to them because I didn't know if I'll be able to purchase my item during the sale. They were super friendly and understanding with my situation and offered me a little discount if the problems with my bank were still there at the end of the sale. I would totally order there again
