Had an amazing conversation with a lady called Lauren. Very polite, a good listener (I can run on a bit). So much knowledge about her job and gathering all the relevant info from me. Made me feel completely at ease. Spoke with a colleague whilst on hold, then passed to a Solicitor. Absolutely fantastic. Thankyou so much. 10 out of 5, (is that possible). I’m sure it is.
