How not to do customer service.....

As the owner of an e-commerce company myself and with 18 years experience in the field, this is not how to operate customer services. I made an order with this company and it was delivered in 3 days or so during the covid19 pandemic in April 2020. It wasn't that well packaged when it arrived, but nothing was broken. One of the items I ordered was missing and I also got someone else's order too - Random parts in a bag with my name on it. I guess someones not going to be happy somewhere in the UK...... I took photos and sent them to the company two days ago and as yet I've not had a response. I seriously doubt this company has any idea what good customer service looks like, as all you get is a generic e mail fobbing you off. Sadly a few companies in this sector are equally as poor...... I tried to make it easy to resolve my problem by telling them with pics what was missing. No response. The only avenue left is a PayPal dispute which generally gets companies attention. Sadly unlike my company who have Platinum status with Feefo and have great reviews on Trustpilot, these guys don't seem to realise how easily they can loose clients by not doing the right thing..... All in all I am quite disappointed with waterirrigation.co.uk and I would avoid them going forward.
