Terrible experience when leaving
I tried to leave mid-October but only my electricity was switched to my new supplier and my gas stayed with Home Energy. Once I noticed the problem (November) I called my new supplier who sorted the problem promptly. Home Energy continued to take payment for both gas & elec until I complained in January. I was over £800 in credit by this point! Some people have mentioned the friendly customer service from Home Energy. I can't disagree with that but personally I'd prefer a good service rather than chatty staff.
