Absolute Sham
Terrible. Customer service is an absolute sham, they don't answer the phone. Live chat staff are rude and have a terrible attitude. Had to wait 2 weeks for a support phone call and it got cancelled the day before. The only good thing was my tutor Hillary Clark she was very timely marking assessments and gave good encouragement. I previously did a course with Learndirect and they are much better apart from the fact you can never get through on the phone. When I studied with them, I got my grade the next day however Stonebridge who are linked to them and use the same learning platform said it could take weeks and the certificate could take months. E-mailed a letter of complaint and they only answered one query and didn't acknowledge my complaint about their customer service.
