Nice products, hopeless website
I like your products but I seriously HATE your website. I had a subscription for a couple of years but found it impossible to amend delivery dates/timescales and each time I had to call someone to ask for the change to be put through. Completely defeats the object of online shopping. I have reverted to buying only occasionally. I have just looked at setting up another subscription. I wanted 60 days and when I scrolled down to 60, guess what, you automatically change it back to 30 days. Same old story! Something is seriously wrong with your website and you need to fix it (and I've mentioned this several times to you now), otherwise you will continue to lose customers.
