They separated me from my husband
This was one of the most frustrating flight experiences I’ve had. My husband and I were booked together, yet we were seated separately on a 7-hour flight. A solo passenger was assigned the seat next to me—someone who could have just as easily been placed elsewhere. It didn’t feel like a logistical constraint, just a lack of care. The seat design was almost surreal. The screen was so close to my face that I had to watch it from just a few centimeters away, making it nearly unusable. It genuinely felt like the space wasn’t designed for a human being. On top of that, we couldn’t check in online due to a technical issue, and more than 10 days later, it still hasn’t been fixed.
