Poor Customer Service
Had an appt at Nuffield Brighton. Parked in their car park. Entered reg at reception. Astounded. Received £100 fine for parking. Says I am not entitled to park!! Phoned and oressed 5. Phone put down. Phoned noone answers. Phoned appts who ask people to call back and twice today they haven't. And to cap it all the person I spoke to in Apts asked me if I minded completing the Survey at the end of the call!Need to speak with Reception to sort this out or Management team. Emailed the person who made appt. No answer. Emailed Surgeon's Sec and she works from home so cant help. Contacted customer service and they say they take 2 days to get back to you!! Replied to their email saying it was urgent and it doesn't take reply emails. Who needs this aggravation if you are ill?
