Worst customer service experience I've ever had
I called about a sale that they were having but I couldn't get the promo code to work. I sat on the phone for almost 50 min. The customer service person decided to argue with me on the phone about how I was wrong about what I was looking at. I had bought from them before & wanted to give them another shot but I will never go there again after this. I asked to speak to a supervisor & she refused to transfer me. She wouldn't even let me talk after a certain point in the conversation & I was just trying to talk to someone else because she wasn't understanding what I was saying in the first place. She said that what I was trying to order, a 3 pack of vapes, wasn't available but I could have bought 3 separate vapes & gotten them. The 3 pack was actually 3 individual vapes so if the singles were in stock so were the 3 packs. They didn't want to give me the discount because they weren't supposed to be on sale like that. She yelled at me & wouldn't give me her name until the last minute which I don't even know is actually her name. I have never been treated like that in my life & I couldn't believe this was supposed to be a customer service person. The first time I ordered from them I ended up getting a refund because after an entire month I didn't get my order. I don't know why I gave them a second chance but I have learned my lesson now.
