Horrible experience, AVOID!
Horrible experience and comes off almost like a scam. When you sign up for the VIP programme and you order items for the offer for VIP members, it tried to charge me 129 Euros instead of the 19 Euros it promised. Then they have no customer service to help you. Their email bounces back to tell you that they are not using email, and their telephone number has an automated message to tell you that it's not in service. They have an AI chatbot that then sends you to the customer service reps who open the chat, ask you for your details and they close the conversation before even answering any of your questions or concerns. Absolutely horrible waste of money and time.
