I signed up for the online course and…
I signed up for the 4 week online course and it was cancelled the day the course was supposed to start. I live in North America and the course would have been running between 5-10am the day they cancelled. I had written multiple emails and was finally told on the Friday before the course started Monday that I would know before the end of the weekend what my schedule was/if the course was running. They didn’t let me know until Monday afternoon after the course would have been completed for the day. When I finally received my refund they waited until the exchange rate had changed and I ended up getting $40 less back than I paid for the course. So I paid $40 to be disappointed. I had signed up planning to take the in person course in February 2022. I am no longer interested in taking courses through Cours de civilisation française de La Sorbonne. Update: After contacting CCFS as requested in their response below for a refund on the money lost due to the exchange rate they did not refund any money. They took 2 weeks to respond. Why say that if it’s not possible? If I could give negative stars I would.
