Do not recommend
The jug looks great but that's about it. It's cumbersome to hold and pour. It pours badly. It's hard to screw on smd unscrew the top from the glass bottom. It filters really slowly. Snd to top it all my water, which is very very hard but tastes nice, now tastes horrible. I got in touch and said all this and the reply I got was a recommendation on what filter to buy as I have soft water! They didn't even read my email properly. Very disappointed with everything. I'm using it for my kettle as once boiled it tastes OK and it will hopefully stop me having to descale it every few days, but its hard to use.
