I've been using GMG for 14 years now and in all that time (with over 60 orders) only ever had two issues, one was resolved in less than 2 days and the other in 2 hours. The 2 day one only took that long because it was a site-wide issue that affected many customers, and GMG resolved it for everyone and offered all customers affected a 20% discount voucher. Great service and prices, and keys are delivered in less than a minute, usually in seconds. They're also an authorized retailer with official keys.
