You may get banned if you have to do a chargeback!
I have shopped on Michaels.com for years and recently had an issue trying to get a refund for a $100+ order that was damaged in transit and never delivered. After trying to get my refund for a couple of weeks with no success, I did a chargeback to recover my payment. I placed a new order with Michaels.com last night for $85.00 with multiple items and received an email this morning that my order had been cancelled. I am trying to find out if they cancelled the new order BECAUSE of the previous chargeback and am getting the run around from customer service telling me to replace the order. Why would I waste any more time? I am disappointed because this has always been my goto store for craft merchandise. Thank goodness Joann and Hobby Lobby still care about retaining good customers...
