Goods delivered to the incorrect…
Goods delivered to the incorrect address and despite contacting Evri and JD Customer Servies email - absolute zero response or acknowledgement of the failure to deliver the goods or any remedial action. I had to go door to door on a large industrial complex to try and locate the delivery which fortunately I did. Quite frankly, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
