Everything works, can be a little pricy, but support is excellent
I've has a Fasthosts account for many years and everything has always worked pretty well. The control panel is very messy and it can be hard to find things, but it's always there somewhere. Sometimes you don't find the cost of things until it's too late - e.g. SSL free for 1 year (depending on plan) but nowhere does it tell you it will be £35 + VAT thereafter - until you get the invoice. However, I've always found the best thing about Fasthosts is the support. Always prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. It's reassuring to know you can go on a live chat and get your questions resolved quickly
