Don't waste your money
There always seems to be an issue with the renewal of our account each year. We've now been signed out of our account & have to jump through hoops to prove we own the domain just to be able to pay our usual monthly direct debit. Their customer care is awful, they've got rid of their contact number so the only way you can speak to anyone is on live chat & the only way you can raise a complaint is to write them a physical letter. This seems so backwards for a supposedly technical company. Don't waste your time, go with someone who operates in this century.
