strongly do not recommend this company
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an online order expecting a basic level of professionalism and reliability, but after more than 15 days, the items have still not been delivered. Despite several follow-ups and assurances from customer service, there has been no action, no update, and no accountability. The complete lack of communication and disregard for the customer's time is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone expecting timely and reliable service. This is not how serious businesses treat their customers.
