We got off to a bumpy start
We got off to a bumpy start, which turned out to be a problem with DHL automated addressing which despite 2 attempts kept routing to USA instead of France. At this stage I felt despair with no control of the situation. It could of gone one of two ways. I was very fortunate to have Michat, who I believe was a manager there in Poland, who reassured me and took ownership of the problem. In this day and age of anonymous internet companies the trust between them and their customers needs rebuilding and I truly believe people like Michat are key to regaining this trust. I am confident as a manager that he is focusing his team on supporting the customer, which ultimately is a good thing. There will always be problems, however with the right approach these can always be resolved, well done 👍
