Terrible company
Terrible company. Moved into a house with these as the gas supplier, contacted them telling them I would be changing supplier ASAP and would be happy to supply meter readings and pay for the amount used. Switchover got cancelled by them meaning as I had apparently incurred a £250 debt in two weeks, which was calculated from just the start meter reading?? In the process of having this looked at, but had to rebook the switchover which added another 15 days of having to pay their extortionate prices. The worst company I've ever had to deal with, and will be making a formal complaint
