Customer Service was a good experience
Customer Service was a good experience. However I should have not needed to have contacted them if they were proactive. I ordered a part on line and waited 10 days for a confirmation of delivery. When I contacted them they did look it up for a 4-5 week back order. In my opinion they need to be more proactive on contacting if orders are going to be delayed.
