Friendz travel agency! Not a fair representative of airlines like Emirates
Friendz travel agency! Following a bad review about the above travel agency, I kept calling and sending and receiving emails from them, each time they made it worse and put more pressure on me, not cooperating at all, they behaved I can say no better than scammers! Each time they asked for a lot of charges(penalty)for changing or cancelling the flight, which I have the proof on my emails that they mentioned nothing in 1st date of issuing E-ticket! I regret that I went on google,trying to go on emirate airline direct, then I realised Google had sent me to this agency’s website! It is hard to know what sites or who we can trust nowadays! They have deducted almost 1/2 what I paid originally £706.31, and claiming the would refund my bank within 10-14 weeks!!! This is the 1st time ever I heard such a thing,we have to be very careful with travel agencies like the one in question!who represents airlines like Emirates.
