Terry Owen, you should be ashamed! I detest having to leave bad feedback but it was left to me to chase EVERYTHING! Ordered and supposed to have delivered for a job on the Friday. Didn't arrive, changing the whole job's dynamic. Customer services advised that someone was "supposed to have called but didn't" and that the order would arrive the following week. The items arrived but the check had not been done and there were 4 fewer flags. 2 of the delivered flags were broken. Also, ordered 60 online, but was told on the Monday after Friday's failed delivery that the items came in either 50 or 100!! I explained I had ordered and paid for 60 and that is exactly what I would be getting. The adviser went off to "see what he could do" making it out as though he was doing me a favour, coming back later that day to advise that 60 would be delivered (this was before the wrong amount arrived). I was advised that the remaining few would be delivered later that week, but needed a day for my client. They had to be ordered in and was told someone would deliver to the address. I received a call when the product had come in to advise that I could "go and pick them up". Absolutely mortified. I explained again that I was told, by the same individual, that he or someone from the depot would be dropping them off and as such, that is what was going to happen. Given that, they delivered 6. It caused an enormous issue with contractors and would ask for a large discounted refund for all my time and effort in having to deal with this, including ringing the 0844 number which is expensive, and having to pay extra for contractors to come back on different days, while also having to order new grass owing to having to walk over it so much to sort the patio. Once this is done, I shall see what is offered and shall write another review after.
