The WORST customer service and faulty car
Abhorrent customer service and had to fight with rude, dismissive team to be refunded for being unfairly charged for a faulty car! Car broke down on top a snowy hill, leaving me stranded with my toddler and mother with limited mobility, was the second time in a 4 day rental that it happened. I was charged for the call-out fees to get the car running again. No apologies issued, and they treated the REFUND that I had to fight for as compensation for my trouble. Will NEVER be using them again, and strongly advise against it for anyone else. Spend the extra $15 a day elsewhere. Have never left a bad review for a company before this but people need to know to avoid using Jucy.
