This is unfair
Hello, I'm writing this review because I feel like there are things that are unfair to those of us who pay for a 3500 course. In my case, I paid that amount of money for the Essential Electrical Course. Its taking me effort and almost tears trying to pass the exams. And I mean unfair because Access Training doesn't give any kind of support other than just telling you to watch the webinars and repeat the homework, which is still insufficient help to pass exams that are quite complicated. The worst thing of all is that if you fail an exam, in order to repeat it, they force you to pay 50 more and wait an absurd waiting time to go to who knows what part of England far from where you live, which is completely ridiculous. I need help with all of this because I really want to pass this.
