I signed up for a T-Mobile home…
I signed up for a T-Mobile home internet trial. They said I could cancel in the first 15 days if I wasn’t satisfied with the service. What they don’t tell you is if you can’t get T-Mobile service don’t bother because it is a cellular receiver. Then they never let you go. I called to cancel because you can’t do that on the app. So far, I’ve been transferred twice and on hold for 45 minutes because some ridiculous person had to verify I had lousy coverage then transfer me to the technician who can cancel the service. I’ll let you know how it ends up.
