Miserable company
Miserable company. Very bad Customer services. Paid for a return ticket £132,00 and I was not able to travel because I had COVID 19 symptoms. CZECH AIRLINE DOESN'T CARE: I asked to change the date of flight for June 2021, however they told me that they don't have on the system any date after March 2021 and they recommended to me pay £61.00 for the first change in March 2021 and later when they have dates after March 2021 on the system to call them again and to pay again £61.00 for second change for flight in June 2021, what make total of £122.00. Czech Airline don't have any number in England and I had to call them on Czech Number. I asked to speak with some Manager or Supervisor and they arrogantly refuse to talk with me. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT IMPORTANT FOR CZECH AIRLINE. THEY DON'T CARE, JUST POLICY: TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY AS MORE AS YOU COULD! REALLY MISERABLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH THEM, AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIEND TO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH CZECH AIRLINE!
