I sold my classic chanel jumbo to love luxury. The hospitality from the staff was great. Water was given to us as soon as we arrived. Adam amd Arub was really friendly. Adam made us an offer for the bag which we was not to sure off. He could see the price did not make us happy. Originally we was offered 4k via whatsapp upon inspection. When we got to the store we found out the bag was slightly damaged and 4k could not be offered. We travelled all the way from Birmingham whilst being heavily pregnant. And I really did not want to waste a journey. He likes all his customers to feel happy and leave with peace. He asked us what he could do so we could be happy and we told him. He changed the offer. I didn't want to leave with making a loss that was my biggest thing. And I didn't want to leave feeling guilty. Adam understood and made sure I didn't make a loss and made sure I would be a satisfied customer. Adam has a great character and truly understands his customers. I really hope this family love luxury keeps getting blessing coming there ways. Character makes a difference in the service been provided. Thankyou Adam for going beyond me and my husband are truly grateful 🙏 highly recommend.
