Helped me resolve my problem with the building.
A very supportive, helpful and friendly service. The main door to the building where I live was slamming so loudly when people were coming and going. I told my complaint to PBM and they sent out a repair man the very same day to install a mechanism that slowed the door. This helped me massively and I could get a good nights sleep again.
