UPDATE 4-3-2024: Given an appointment for 4-2-2024 with Dr and 4-3-2024 with dietitian., HOWEVER, they were unable to see me because they were not licensed in the state I was sitting in at the appointment time. Absolutely not told this, and again no appointments available to reschedule. I did inform them I could be in one of 2 states, to get an appointment earlier, just tell me which one. I signed up on 1-23-2023 no appointments until June , I had recent labs/primary/endo doctor records, RX for Mounjaro. I joined this service because of the continual shortages and in case of any insurance issues, my endo is not good at PA’s. I uploaded records as requested to get an early appointment, crickets from this company, on this, only to get an email over the weekend to upload this all over again. Only able to book an appointment with a dietitian again for June after not being able to book at all for the last month. They should not have taken on so many patients without the staff to accommodate, seems like a money grab.
